Cool it!
Beat the heat this summer with these grown-up watermelon-mint popsicles. Puree 1 1⁄2 cups seeded, diced watermelon with 1⁄2 cup water in a blender. Pour the mixture into plastic popsicle molds, add 3-4 mint leaves to each mold, freeze and share with five of your closest pals.
