Three everyday heroes will be selected by a panel of judges to be featured in the December 2009 issue of Spry. We'll fl y our winners to the beautiful Emerald Coast of Florida for a fall beach retreat featuring healthy cooking classes, yoga and more at Studio B  (studiobthebeach.com), a state-of-the-art creative learning center (value: $2,000 each).
