Office stress? Work it out.
If
you want to be happier, less stressed and more productive at the office
(and who doesn’t?), schedule a brisk walk before that 9 a.m. meeting,
say authors of a recent study. 79 percent of people reported thinking more clearly and getting along with co-workers better on days they exercised, compared with days they didn’t, and 72 percent said they managed their time better on workout days than on rest days. Researchers
say the energy boost you get from exercise makes you more productive,
and noontime workouts are especially good at helping you decompress
from stressful work demands.
