i have done very well in 2009 i lost 10 lbs and kept it off. i signed up for gym membership and got a trainer,. and i have dropped 2 sizes, and feel much healthier than i did in jan of 2008.

My goal is to re-gain balance in my life. After losing my job, I was focused on finding a position I could "shine" in. I finally found my career but had no time to exercise. I want to discipline and dedicate myself to my health. Working full-time as Director of Career Services and singing in the band "SAPPHIRE" demands my focus and energy. My goal is to re-gain my balance with time for exercise and then I will have the focus and energy for everything else I want to do!

My goal for 2010, 42 consecutive pull ups. I began in November and by January was at three sets of 10 pull ups from a pull up bar hanging from the rafters in my garage. I have made some big gains and am currently (beginning yesterday) at 6 sets total which is made up of three sets of 10 regular pull ups and 3 sets of 9 bicep pull ups (hands facing me). So I am up to 57 pull ups but have a long way to go to complete 42 in one set. I am hoping to complete my challenge by June if all goes like it presently is. My plan is to keep slowly adding sets until I can complete 3 X 15 pull ups and 3 X 15 bicep pull ups in one workout then I plan on doing less sets while adding more repetitions until I reach 42 for one set. Wish me luck!! :)

My treadmills is not working. I used this to lose 108 gain back 15 over the holiday what can i do now to contiue to lose weight

I stumbled on this newsletter this morning for the first time. I absolutely loved it and went online to find you. Well here I am. Reading some of the comments made me feel really inspired about what my goals are as for the weight loss and exercise program.
