I feel a lot better and stronger since i startd walking every day. i started walking 5,000 steps a day and now i am walking 8 miles a day/5 days a week. what motivates me is that i am doing it for myself, and my health.

Well, it is close to bedtime, but I knew that I had to try even a little bit of aerobic exercising. So I chose Lady Gaga and moved about for ten mins, not my goal of 15. But, hey, that's ok. At least, I remembered and did a bit twds my goal. Tomorrow I will do so in the morning & probably can put in the total 15 mins.

Tomorrow we are installing the drip line and I will dump the smaller rock I just bought and pound it into the existing rock, firming up the area on which the containers will be resting. I also want to de-weed the small area above the new garden...a little at a time. I usually try and tackle too much!
