", I have been playing around about being serious about losing weight. All my life I've been on a diet. I think as a way of letting myself know I could be serious. But this past month with Noah gone on training I have everyday become more and more serious. I have been eating clean and exercising (with a trainer no less!)but it wasn't until yesterday when I ate homemade jam that my maid of honor and I cooked that I became serious. The jam had so much sugar in it that I after half and hour of eating it I felt like I was sick. I hadn't had that much sugar since Noah left and now I know what I shouldn't feel like and what I should. Now it's time to get down to business! Time to go to work on me. "
