"My goal is to walk 10 miles per week. Thursday, I walked 1 mile. Friday, I walked 2 miles. Saturday, 2 miles Sunday 1 mile Wednesday, 2 miles Ok, 8 miles my first week. I'll try harder next week. No excuses."
