Thai Turkey Sliders Recipe

Sliders may be hot, but ground-beef grease leaves us cold. This Asian-inspired version is low in fat and full of flavor. Yum!

Ingredients
1 pound ground turkey (not breast)
4 green onions, minced
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh cilantro
2 tablespoons low-sodium
soy sauce
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
8 whole wheat slider buns
Instructions
1. Combine the turkey, green onions, cilantro, soy sauce and ginger in a large bowl. Shape into 8 burgers and grill, broil or pan-fry until cooked through. Place burgers on buns and serve. Serves 8.

Per serving: 190 calories, 8g fat, 13g prot., 17g carbs., 3g fiber, 340mg sodium.
